Chronicles of Cycling Adventures with The Fuller Center for Housing! Monday, March 17, 2014. Well Friends, the summer ride is now just 11 weeks away. While that sometimes feels like almost three months, it will pass rather quickly. This weekend, the reality of how close the trip is and how unprepared I am came crashing down on me. I am getting really excited and spending more time on my bike to get ready. Please pray for us and our preparations. In case you had more or less 20 minutes free and munchie. or would just get a phone call that someone is dropping by in less than half an hour, muffins are quite a good idea. Quick, easy, and work out almost always. The recipe below is for about 8 larger muffins. In the first bowl mix 5 - 6 tbsp sugar, 10 - 12 tbsp flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 0,5 tbsp baking soda, a pinch of salt and 2 - 3 tsp tea.
