Friday, January 15, 2010. I am excited to begin the training and become more skilled at taking care of really sick kids. I have loved my job as a tech and I can't wait to learn more as a nurse! Monday, March 29, 2010. Well, it is true. After three and a half years, I am engaged! It happened February 26th in Disneyland. Zack had given me a Disneyland Vacation for my nursing school graduation in January. I didn't even suspect that trip would also be an engagement trip! The first day in Disneyland, he had made a big deal about wanting to make sure we were at the Castle for fireworks (my favorite! He is making fun of me! Thursday, December 11, 2008. Well, the semester is about half over, so that is exciting. I am actually doing well- I guess there is something to be said about being in classes I am excited about. There is also something about the need to know the information for life, not just for a test. I start clinicals next Friday at a rehab center- I know a little about being in one of those! Make this recipe and you will be amazed at how a dairy free sauce can be so indulgent and yet so free of cruelty and garbage.
