Ok, yes, I know I need to talk about Rio, but this is much more entertaining. Given that I’ve worked in U.S. immigration law for two years, I am prepared for the byzantine, arcane, and downright inane processes and/or whims of bureaucrats, especially those in the Department of Labor working in Atlanta, GA. Brazil has made bureaucratic insanity an art form.
