Saturday, December 4, 2010. Holden at 2.3. So what's Holden up to these days? Well, first of all, there's his love of "Blue Guys," or the members of The Blue Man Group. The song "Rock a Bye Baby" has captivated Holden like no other. It must be sung to him three times before he goes to sleep. The cutest thing in the world is hearing him request "Rock a baby. More rock a baby! He also begs to watch the video below:. Below is the cheese that is Holden's favorite snack. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Hello, my name is Handsome: April 2011
http://hellomynameishandsome.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 24, 2011. Today was Easter, and it seems like the first holiday that Holden really understood as a concept. He understood that fun was going to be had and threw himself into it wholeheartedly. Holden went on an Easter egg hunt in Dolores Park, put on by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. (He was scared of the sisters up close, and told Tod and me several times, "Nuns too scary! He met the Easter Bunny. He got his first Easter basket. (Thanks, Thrift Town and Cliff's! Hello, my name is Handsome: Holden's Easter
http://hellomynameishandsome.blogspot.com/2012/04/holdens-easter.html
Wednesday, April 11, 2012. For the second year in row, we took Holden to Dolores Park for Easter. Does two years in a row equal a "tradition? The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. This year, Holden and I were accompanied by our neighbors David and Kaiden. Kaiden and Holden are fast friends (as are David and Holden's papa), and Linda joined us at the park for a bit. Here's a few pics:. Holden and Kaiden inspecting their egg haul. H and K delirious with joy. The four of us. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Thursday, June 9, 2011. Holden and I attended Carnaval a couple of weeks ago, a huge parade and street fair in the neighborhood. He got his face painted rather spectacularly, and delighted in his own dogness. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Click on me to see my photo albums! I guess I have a blog.

Waiting For a Train: East Coast Highlights, Part Two
http://waitingforatrain-linda.blogspot.com/2008/07/east-coast-highlights-part-two.html
Waiting For a Train. Wednesday, July 2, 2008. East Coast Highlights, Part Two. A brush with fame. I was headed to the subway with my rolling suitcase, bound for Brooklyn, but I wasn't quite sure where the station was. I saw a woman striding across the street who looked like a likely source of directions, and hailed her. "Where do I catch the 1,2 or 3? I said. She began asking me about my final destination and suggesting the best entrance on Broadway when it dawned on me: Cynthia Nixon. A pyrate-puppet ro...

Waiting For a Train: The Most Beautiful Chair Ever!
http://waitingforatrain-linda.blogspot.com/2008/07/most-beautiful-chair-ever.html
Waiting For a Train. Monday, July 7, 2008. The Most Beautiful Chair Ever! A few years ago I bought two Knoll chairs. On Craigslist from a guy who was moving to Thailand. I think it was like $75 for both. The orange one, which was sitting in the living room for a few years, started to get mighty dingy. I thought about having it reupholstered, and called Welsh Upholstery. I'm so glad I did. The fabric is called Eclat Weave. July 24, 2008 at 11:59 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
