August 11, 2015. August 11, 2015. It is Nicole here with you today to share a card made using mostly the Silhouette and files by Sarah Hurley available from the Silhouette Store. For a quick yet elegant look. It is full on wedding season at the moment so lots of wedding cards are needed. It can get difficult creating them and trying to change them up each time! For this one I started with a piece of double sided Sarah Hurley paper. It was pink on one side and black and white zig zag on the other side.

Determined to finish my Project Life pages from 2014, I’m ,now up to August and trying to find odd moments here and there to get on with it. To make things easy on myself, I’ve simplified things down a bit and even though I like to make my own cards, I’ve cut them all from one sheet of 12 x 12 paper. This is from DCWV and I deliberately went for a neutral colour as at this point I’d not printed any of my pictures. Tagged block alpha stamp set.

Saturday, 27 June 2015. For today's card project, I did a stamped background using the Special Edition stamp - Garden Fairy by Clare. I also used the small flamingo stamp from Sarah Hurley. Its part of the kit from A Few of my Favourite Things kit. But you can definitely use whatever stamp that you may have. Just the basic stamping for the background, here I started with the red. I later die cut a tag shaped cardstock to put my sentiment and add some banners. And the finish card. Have a great weekend!
