Sunday, January 9, 2011. These are the ornaments that I painted this year for all the neices and nephews. They were cute - especially to see so many of them all together. January 9, 2011 at 5:21 PM. Nice to have them recorded too. January 9, 2011 at 8:17 PM. My kids loved the ornaments! I dont know if we mentioned that to you when we were together. What a nice tradition you do for them, pretty soon were going to decorate a whole tree with all the ornaments youve made. WE love Aunt Melinda!

Sunday, July 24, 2011. We've had a great time with family here in Utah. Everyone was here except Melinda and Staci. Mike was here for a little while but left to go to his grandmothers funeral in Farmington New Mexico. We celebrated Layne's baptism and Halle's birthday. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. We had a little snow on Monday, the 25th (two months before Christmas) - enough that the grass was all white. Then today we woke up to several inches. It is beautiful! Monday, June 20, 2011. While staying at Jacob Lake we drove down to Lee's Ferry which is the very beginning of the Grand Canyon. The Vermillion Cliffs are amazing and beautiful. We took the trail and walked back along the river. We saw the things mentioned in the sign. We saw lots of rafters too. Driving into this area you see some interesting rock formations. We drove back to Jacob Lake where we were staying. It was nice to be back in the pines after the warm day at Lee's Ferry. Sunday, June 12, 2011.
