Spinach Cob Loaf Dip. 1 packet of spring vegetable soup. 1 cup of sour cream. 1 cup of mayonnaise – make sure it is good mayonnaise. 1 Packet of frozen chopped spinach – thawed. Cut the top off the cob loaf and pull out the insides. Remember to leave s decent covering of bread on the crust otherwise your dip will ooze out. In a bowl combined the spring vegetable soup, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well.

I can guarantee that I am not the only one when have gotten to work and then remembered that I forgot to get meat out of the freezer for dinner. I have done this more times than I care to admit and I don't always remember before my partner leaves for work.
