The little things mean everything. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. 2009: the big year that brought us a big baby. 2009 has been a big year for Bryan and I, most obviously with the arrival of Liam. For Christmas and New Year this year we came to my parent's house on the south coast of NSW. A very relaxing place to be, which is just what we need. Filling. Mix: 500 gm pork and veal, or pork mince, or pork and chicken- or at a pinch beef (or vego substitute). 2 finely grated carrots. 1 finely chopped onion. 1 tb fresh thyme leaves. 4 chopped sage leaves (or other herbs to taste). 3 crushed cloves garlic.
