Quinoa Casserole: From the kitchen of Sarah Marchlewski. 1 cup uncooked quinoa. 1 zucchini, cubed. 2 cups chopped mushrooms. 3 cups cubbed chicken. 1 ½ cups Gluten free cream of mushroom soup (recipe fallows). Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (makes 3 cups). 3 cups finely chopped mushrooms. 1 tbsp. Butter. 2 tsp Worstershire sauce. 188; tsp. Dried Italian seasoning. 188; cup water. 7 tsp rice flower. 2 cups half and half. This can also be frozen to keep on hand.

And later on in the day the clouds did give way for the warmth of it's light to shine. I don't know if it is her little gap toothed grin and overall adorableness that is squeezing my heart or the fact that she is growing up? Either way it is a bittersweet moment. Ive always loved her unruly curls. Made me think of that poem,. There once was a girl. Who had a little curl. Right in the middle of her forehead. And when she was good. She was very, very good.
