Ady's 1 Year and Cake Smash Pictures. I know some of you follow my facebook page (here), but if you don't, you're missing out on pictures like these! It was hot, humid and full of bugs, but my in-laws helped me shoot this session when the morning light was perfect! Adalyn weighed almost an entire pound more than her brother and was only .6 oz from being 9 pounds. The girl loves milk more than anything else in the world. She was born with jet black hair that formed a mullet in the back. Her nicknames include Worm, Ladybug and Ads. Born with drama you can't take anything out of her hand or it's the end of the world. It's busy. Just busy. In a few days Derek will be back at home after 5 weeks of working in another city. I survived 2 on my own, had my in-laws in town for one and my mom flew up for these last 2 weeks. Ady / 10 Month Update. This last month was the best little ladybug. You are quite the mommy's girl and are developing quite the personality! I still can't get over how perfectly you fit into our world and how much joy you bring to our lives. 22 lbs 3 oz. We had a great month with putting you down awake and you sleeping 11-12 hours. Drew's Early Birthday Celebration. Because we won't be back home until May, we decided to celebrate Drew's birthday a few weeks early with our family in Kansas City while we were home. We would have invited all of our friends, but I wasn't feeling up to planning a huge bash since I hosted a big holiday party. Here just a couple weeks prior.
