Monday, April 4, 2011. Day #2- Out and about Wuhan and Home Stays (Sunday March 6th). We woke up bright and early to get breakfast at a street market in downtown Wuhan. The food was exceptionally tasty, street food is awesome! I also tried some type of dumpling, rice pancake, stinky tofu, steam buns, and sugar cane juice all of this was shared too of course. On our way to the street food! Entrance to the yummy goodness. Street vendors and hungry customers. Coals, and lots of it. Meat flavored. yumm.

Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Day # 1 Friday March 4th-5th-The longest airplane ride, EVER! The day finally arrived, it was March 4th 4am Burlington International Airport. Wednesday, January 12, 2011. We have had a few days off due to a winter storm that brought lots of ice our way. The storm came in on Sunday night and we were hoping for snow but when we woke Monday the ground was covered in ice. We have been out of school for three days and cabin fever is starting to settle in. These are just a few snapshots of some things we have been doing while iced in!
