Monthly Archives: June 2013. June 12, 2013. Yesterday was a big day. It was a different day, a hard day, a heart bursting happy day, a day that shook me. Small Balloon | Radishes & Rutabagas

https://sarahmemckay.wordpress.com/2013/02/25/small-balloon

8220;A Place at the Table” →. February 25, 2013. From a dear friend:. There was a balloon, very small in size. That try as it might it just could not rise. Its rubber was worn. And its knot barely tied. And often it wanted to run and to hide. Because life was not always so easy. But it could not let go of its longing to soar. And it would not give up on believing in more. So it gathered its string as it perched on the floor. And it lunged for the air with such hope to explore,. How can I go on like this?

8220;A Place at the Table”. A Big Day →. April 30, 2013. I rode my bike to a park last week and ended up journaling a bit. This is what I ended up writing and I think it provides a helpful look into what I’ve been feeling. 8220;How do you begin to describe how peaceful, refreshing, comforting it is to feel like you? 8220;A Place at the Table”. Use the Faith You've Found. Figuring out how to live a life that reflects justice, mercy, and humility. When God Asks You to Do Car Loans. This entry was posted on April 24, 2015 and tagged Branches. My name is Anna Gill and I am a missionary serving through the United Methodist Church. I am in a program called Global Mission Fellows. Use the Faith You've Found. Figuring out how to live a life that reflects justice, mercy, and humility. Tribute to My Mom. I’m going to take a departure from my usual mission musings to thank a person who has had a huge impact on my mission work and the rest of my life: my mom, Minda. Most mothers like to keep their kids close. You know, at least in the same country. My mom is no exception. … Continue reading →. Love Langauges of God. What Are You Doing Here? Sunday, February 10, 2013. Saturday, November 24, 2012. A New Kind of Thanks, a New Kind of Thanksgiving. I spent Thanksgiving here in Miami this year and was able to have an entirely new kind of celebration. An organization here in Miami, called South Florida Urban Ministries, holds a Thanksgiving outreach each year that is able to serve over 6,000 families. (Woah, right? Father’s Day has become. June 16, 2014. Writing often helps me piece together my thoughts and order them in a healthy way so that my poor heart and brain are not struggling at maximum capacity. The Wards

Wednesday, August 6, 2008. This summer has been one of a kind to say the least.it was my first time living at home after being away for almost a year. The comforts of home have been wonderful! My mom is the best! She has fed me well and my bed is so comfortable :) It is a very weird transition though to come home to rules when you aren't used to having them for a year. Not that I didn't have my own rules back at school, but it's been a little different back at home. It was SO beautiful there!

An insight into my mind! Sarah Memon's Blog. Everything happens for a reason…and now I know the reason! Posted by Sarah Memon. On May 21, 2011. Life keeps on surprising you, some are shockingly unpleasant news and some surprises are so unnerving that you cannot imagine something that wonderful can be happening.
