ellielicious: September 2011
http://lindsicourt.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 6, 2011. This calls for a celebration! We had some exciting happenings today. So exciting that a post was in order. (Wow, it's been a while.). First up, Ellie's first day of her second year of preschool. Same teacher, new kids. (One more year til kindergarten.). And in other news, we got a dog! He's cute, but I can't wait til he's out of my laundry room, and roaming his official home in the backyard. One more day:). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

ellielicious: The face of Chase
http://lindsicourt.blogspot.com/2011/01/face-of-chase.html
Thursday, January 20, 2011. The face of Chase. Let the day begin. It's hard to imagine it could get much better than that. And we hadn't even gotten out of the parking lot. That's a big giraffe" face. You can't see his face, but I assure you it was a good one. And Chase's favorite thing by far. And my favorite face). You can't fake that kind of excitement. The goats at the petting zoo. Oh and Ellie was there too. Actually, it was her. Those pictures are simply adorable! Bomma is such a cute nickname!

ellielicious: July 2010

Friday, July 30, 2010. Truck, truck to Boston. There's no such thing as too many pictures, right? I'm pretty sure I'm way past that point anyway. So here's the final round up. The train, the subway and another date. Funniest parking payment system I've ever seen. But we folded up our dollar bills and pushed them down our numbered parking spot, as instructed. Apparently there were getting a brand new system, (a debit machine) the next day. It's hard to find a good flock of pigeons to chase in Arizona.

ellielicious: December 2010
http://lindsicourt.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Since painting our living room green a month or so ago, we have slowly been adding things back up on the walls. This framed wreath is our latest. I've been wanting to do it for awhile, so it feels nice to finally get it done. It's not exactly. Monday, December 27, 2010. Ellie saw a picture of someone on the tea cups at Disneyland. Ellie: "Can we go there mom? Me: "I don't know? Ellie: "Maybe after breakfast? Me: "I don't know? Go ask Dad.". He said I don't think so.". Chase wa...

ellielicious: I sure love this guy.
http://lindsicourt.blogspot.com/2011/01/i-sure-love-this-guy.html
Saturday, January 8, 2011. I sure love this guy. And I love that he just straightened up the entire house, ( while I rested my aching legs. And then swooped up the kids and left me to ( finish resting my aching legs. Take a shower and get ready for the day. Not to mention that he also watched the kids while I went for a jog this morning. He is quite the guy. And I am very thankful for him. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Uncle Matt and Fam. The face of Chase.

Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Ellie decided she'd sit. Yesterday was Ellie's very first day of preschool. She likes it. I'm glad about that. Everything else about the day was a disaster. I'm crossing my fingers that a spot in another class time will open up that won't leave me with a tired and grouchy girl who says she's not tired. And won't take a nap. At least it can only go up from here. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Uncle Matt and Fam.

A Day In The Life. Tuesday, June 14, 2011. I love Arizona. I love the dry heat. It's comforting. I love every second of it. Jaren isn't here with me. I'm not gonna lie. I didn't think I would miss him. Tonight it hit me. I miss him. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

A Day In The Life: back at it.
http://jarenandvanessak.blogspot.com/2012/01/back-at-it.html
A Day In The Life. Saturday, January 14, 2012. But we are back at it here in Guadalajara and it feels good to be back in our own place. It feels good to start a new year. A new year means new goals and new projects. So I have to make a conscious decision, sometimes every.single.day. Which is, I cannot walk away from this experience thinking of it as the worst time of my life. What a waste! The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything.". Loving: One more time.

A Day In The Life: January 2011

A Day In The Life. Saturday, January 29, 2011. For whatever reason, I have no idea why, school was canceled on Friday. Soooo.my friend and I took the kids to a museum. It was fantastic! The museum was separated into different sections. They had a farm, a clinic, a grocery store, a music room, a dance room, a news room, a tumbling area, a science area, and the favorite.a bubble area. I am pretty sure we will need to invest in an annual pass. Good: One night, in my complete lonliness, I was desperate for a...

Papa & Gammy & Samoa: Getting Lost in the Work
http://rdtolman.blogspot.com/2010/08/getting-lost-in-work.html
Papa and Gammy and Samoa. Sunday, August 15, 2010. Getting Lost in the Work. Before our mission, Pres. Ostler said he had a feeling our mission would be a different experience than we expected. Other than the first month, when we were sent to American Samoa to help with the tsunami relief effort, our mission has not involved anything particularly unexpected- until the past couple of weeks.
