Wednesday, June 22, 2011. A Concise Update on Summer Goals. As promised, I'm stopping by to update each of you on the progression of my 4 summer goals. That I listed back in May. I am happy to admit that only one has been a complete fail.with a perfectly valid excuse. 1 Drink 100 ounces of water every day. 100 ounces a day! Constant consumption of water throughout the day keeps your kidneys working.which burns calories! It may seem petty, but sometimes baby steps make all the difference. 2 Run 150 miles.

Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Science has proven time and time again that fish-eating populations have lower rates. Of heart disease and tend to live longer. Than populations who are less likely to consume fish on a regular basis. Fish is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids ("good" fat), and it's also a great source of protein and very low in saturated fat. I guess what I'm trying to say is. eat more fish. If you prefer a mild fish that tastes FANTASTIC when roasted, this one's for you. Olives, pitted and sliced.

Thursday, February 23, 2012. FITNESS FRIDAY: Sore Legs, Great Workout. This past Tuesday, the FT team. And I got together for our monthly group workout. Erika, our wonderful manager, put us through a 20-minute lower body circuit, and my legs and butt are still talking about it!
