Random Thought for the Day. Just putting my thoughts out there. God and His Canvas. One evening when I was about seven years old, Grandma O. (my mom’s mom) and I were admiring the sunset from her kitchen window while she washed dishes at the sink and I ate a snack at the table. People wonder if the reserves give us problems because they are older and not necessarily in the army mindset. The truth about working with reserves is far from that. This is not to say that every group of reserves is a joy to work with. There is always the tougher, less appreciative group. It is then we can be thankful that the training is only a week long.
