My life in My words. June 2, 2014. Yesterday I did a workout at a lake near my home. I walked the trails. I did push-ups, high knee sprints, and hiked up hills backwards and forwards. I think I prefer to exercise outside more than inside. I like to use the items around me. I went on pinterest and pinned some park work outs. I am excited about this. I love being outside.
