My world as seen through my lens. Newer posts →. August 14, 2013. I know there are officially seven wonders of the natural world. What I don’t understand is how Muir Woods in California is not on that list. It is a “National Monument” – a park filled with towering redwoods; many of which are “old growth” 1000 year old trees. Absolutely breath taking. These are may favourite images, although still not sure they do it justice. Best of Both Worlds. August 1, 2013. The World Around Us. Are your eyes open?

That’s what my “seeing shapes in the clouds” imagination saw when I looked out the kitchen window this morning.
