I am, and always have been, fascinated with the intersections of life those places where seemingly divergent paths cross and yoga has provided me with a perfect vehicle for this discovery. As an athlete who enjoys swimming, cycling and hiking regularly, I was first drawn to the physically challenging aspects of yoga. Like many of us, I looked for classes that made me sweat, that pushed me. The more yoga I did, the more I wanted to do it, and the more I wanted to know about it.
