I’ve been playing around with Rachel’s Yoghurt. And came up with this delicious combination! Walnut and dark chocolate brownie, meringue, Rachel’s boysenberry and vanilla greek yoghurt, edible flowers. Basically healthy ;). 6 tablespoons (85g) butter, unsalted. 1 cup (225g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped. 3/4 cup (150g) maple syrup.
