The ramblings of a small Northern animator. Friday, 18 March 2011. It's been quite a productive week for my little self. After a few days last week where NOTHING I drew looked right, things suddenly turned around. Very strange too, considering that my sudden burst of productivity came on the 11th, the day the Japanese earthquake and tsunami occurred. Apart from the fact that the whole thing is a horrible tragedy, I ended up beside myself with worry as Turnerface. Whose nominated graduate film Christina.

A Step Too Far. My desire to write started in my early teens when I would write horrific murder stories for the school newspaper. I was allowed to write these stories during maths lessons, which I hated, and I thought that was brilliant until it came to exam time and of course I had no idea what the questions were about. My lack of qualifications scuppered me getting a job in a publishing office so I settled for working on the switchboard in a solicitor’s office in Euston Square instead.
