Current Project, Before After. Here is a sampling of a recently completed project. Before and Afters are the greatest, aren't they? This one was for a young couple moving out of the city and into their first suburban home with their very young son. We started with a blank slate, as these before pics show. I was tasked with furnishing the family room and living room. There is a separate play area tucked behind the sofa. Or to have pre- dinner cocktails when NOT entertaining. Wink to anyone who knows me).

Wednesday, April 29, 2015. I've said it here a million times before (and I'm sure I will say it a million more) but without a doubt the easiest and cheapest way to transform your space is by just adding a coat of paint. In our own home I have pretty much re-painted everything, including the kitchen cabinets. I'm considering doing this to our guest room door which faces the living room, and after writing this post I'm pretty sure I'm going to take the plunge using the above blue door above as inspiration!
