I was browsing one of my friends photos and came across a dish; Scotch Egg. I was interested to do it, so I asked my friend for the recipe and also Google-ed it. Well it’s a very simple dish actually. Made it for breakfast/lunch today with mashed potato. I modified the recipe according to my preference. So first the recipe for Mashed Potato:. 4 potatos (skinned and boiled).

My first class was Cell Biology and Genetics. I m hoping to get exempted for this subject. Lets wait till next week to know the exact results. Then I had 5 hours break.
