This week we spent a few days on Texel, our favourite island. We stayed at Texel's Design Hotel. In Oudeschild, which is soooo pretty! On this day, two years ago, we stayed there for the first time and we were very lucky to sleep at this beautiful place. After a sweaty work-out it was time to enjoy a bowl of vanilla quark with some blueberries. I pop them in while they're still frozen, which turns the quark into ice-cream in some places! My boyfriend's turning twenty-five this Friday so I went into town and got him some nice presents. You're never too old for pirate wrapping paper, arrr! Out with the old and in with the new! I've completely renovated my website, removed some of my older work and added a few new series (yes, I know, it took a while ;) ). Feel free to browse around a bit :). I've turned my 365 project into a really beautiful (and heavy! Book :) It's so nice seeing my project 'in real life' after all those weeks. So, one year ago, it was time for me to focus solely on what I wanted the most: being a photographer. Taking on a 365 project felt like the right thing to do. To get me back on track and back in touch with myself. Time really flew by! New plans and projects are waiting to be fulfilled, which is really exciting! And I can finally truly say that I'm fully in touch with myself. It was a big project, a true dragon some days, but I came out so much stronger. You can find al my 365 pictures here. First of all: thank you so much for all your support and really nice reactions to my 365-project, it's been really heartwarming! It's so nice to see that a project so personal, can mean something to so many people.
