Add Onion, Green Chilly, Tomato, Coriander leaves and Salt and grind well. Mix Rava, Rice Flour, Wheat Flour and Besan with the above grinded mix. Chilly powder- 1 tablespoon. Cumin powder- 1 tablespoon. Chat masala- 1/2 tablespoon. Chilly sause,soya sause(optional). Egg wash or 4 tps of maida mixed with water. Used as a glue to seal the edges of the spring roll). In a pan pour 1 cup of water,add all vegetable close the pan tightly and cook in stream.

Heat ghee in pan fry cashew,keep aside. Keep cooker heat oil and ghee,Add the whole spices and fry for few seconds. Add the onion and green chilly,cook till the onion are transparent and soft. Add ginger,garlic paste cook till color changes to brown. Then add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of coconut milk ,salt for taste. OnHub turns one today.

My kutti kutti experiments in kitchen from experts. Ingredients For Adai Dosa. Idly Rice or Boiled Rice- 1 cup. Channa dal- 1/2 cup. Toor dal- 1/2 cup. Urad dal- 1/4 cup. Red chilly- 4 for medium spice. Cumin seed- 1/2 tablespoon. Onion -1 medium finely chopped. Wash and soak the rice and dal for 4 to 5 hours or keep it for overnight. Grind it with asafoetida,red chillies,curry leaves,cumin seeds and salt into a coarse paste by adding little water. The batter should be thicker than the dosa batter.
