Some people have conversations going on when other people are talking. I think that they are not really wanting be there. Sometimes the president of Hall Council is late. I think that people only come when they feel like it, that for some people it is not a priority. Talked to an RA, she says that RAs must attend at least one meeting a month to receive hall funds.
