Mix together hamburger, bread crumbs, salt, onion and egg. Form meatballs. Brown in skillet and cook until meat is cooked through. Combine chili sauce and grape jelly. Add enough flout so dough can be formed into balls. Roll into 1/2 - 1 inch balls. Bake at 350* for 8-10 mins. Cool and apply frosting between two cookies. Frosting: Cream together the following. 4 oz cream cheese. 1/2 pound powdered sugar. For Ice Cream Sandwiches just make the cookies a little bigger and put ice cream in the middle.

Submitted by: Becky M. 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or 3 chicken breasts). 1 C Italian salad dressing. 1 tsp garlic powdr. Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours. Shred chicken and serve howver you would like (we use it in Cafe Rio type salads, southwestern chicken wraps, etc. Makes a great marinade for grillling!

We love this dish because you can vary the vegetable, meat, and/or cream soup for a "new" flavor.
