Sunday, March 27, 2011. Why my loan application rejected . Recently I'm applying for a housing loan. This is my planning of 3rd house solely for investment. But loan application of $100K , with re-payment period of 30 years was rejected by the bank. Why is this happen at first place? Keep on investing or reduce all my bad debt and than think of investing? Now have to plan how to reduce my monthly loan commitment, and than later plan on investment. Its surpass the USD1500/ounce . for all gold investors congratulation . The few main reason of the price breech is, fear of weakening dollar , no alternative currency, high inflation, decreasing investor faith in European Bonds . according to uk.ibtimes.com . Below is the ingredients that I used for making my own EM , ( not sure either it success or not ). 5 liter of water – preferably a rain water or aged tap water. 15 kg of food scrap – fruits peels , vegetables ( no meats , dairy product ). 500 gram of molasses – diluted in warm water. The ratio of making a good EM is 10:3:1 , ( Water : Food scrap : Molasses ). Cut your food scrap into small pieces – no need to be perfect. Put all your chopped food scrap into the container.

Saturday, March 21, 2009. Do It Yourself Manure. As I have mentioned in my earlier blogs , the worm medium can be made from various number of organic sources. Its all depends on your own creativity and on the availability of such carbon or nitrogen source around you. Some will feels disgust on touching on the animal "poo" , but this must not make us as the show stopper. Clean your fruit scrap. Below is the fruit sludge or slurry after blending. Pack the sludge and put it inside the freezer over night.
