Nov 18th, 2010. I'm so exhausted.but I best be perkin' up quick, CUZ TONIGHT IS THE MIDNIGHT SHOWING OF HARRY POTTER! I'd probably be in bed by 6:30 if it weren't for these exciting plans I made ages ago. I'm meeting the girls (Christina, Stevee, Dawn, friend-not-sister Krista, Tarah, and Nicole) for dinner, and then it's off to the movie theater by 9:00 to wait it out! I don't even want to KNOW how long I'm going to sleep when I finally come rolling in at 2:00 am OMG that's so late for me! I do, so I'll...

Jan 16th, 2011. Girls, I'm looking for ideas for some yummy appetizer-type things to serve at my jewelry party on Saturday. Any suggestions? I'm definitely serving my brother-in-law's delicious taco dip, a fresh veggie tray, shrimp cocktail, and strawberry pretzel salad. I think I need one or two more things though. Bam is catering.haha! 23 comments Leave a comment. Jan 16th, 2011 11:24 pm (UTC). If you want the recipe for either, let me know! Jan 16th, 2011 11:25 pm (UTC). Jan 16th, 2011 11:30 pm (UTC).

Nov 10th, 2010. Http:/ www.pier1.com/Catalog/HomeAccent. Do you guys think these are appropriate for a kitchen? Don't give me the standard "You can put anything you want on the kitchen walls; it's YOUR house! I know I *can* put anything I want on the walls, but you know there are things that would strike you as a bit strange if you saw them in a kitchen. For example, I ADORE Van Gogh's "Starry Night," but I'd think it were strange in a kitchen. THIS IS NOT SHAPING UP HOW I WANT IT TO! Also, I know severa...

Nov 19th, 2010. I'm sad. Why do I have no "expand" button in SnarkyBride? 27 comments Leave a comment. Nov 19th, 2010 11:10 pm (UTC). I need to know, what is the "expand" button? Nov 19th, 2010 11:40 pm (UTC). It's a button that I just discovered exists in WeddingPlans! I have always used it in sf drama (which I only read very occasionally because they seem so bitter in there.but that's another story! I never had access to it in WP, but I noticed a couple of weeks ago that it IS in WP now, yay! Sometimes...

A question about rings - Jewish Weddings
http://jewishweddings.livejournal.com/7172.html
A question about rings. My enagement ring has alternating saphires and diamonds. I am probably going to want a wedding band which matches, but I'm aware I cannot get married using a ring which is broken by a stone. How many people have, or plan to, use a different wedding ring in the ceremony than the one they actually wear? What are your thoughts on this? Posted on Sep. 17th, 2009 at 08:17 pm. Posted on Sep. 18th, 2009 01:40 am (UTC). I'm sure plenty people have done it. I'm doing this. FMIL has the...

http://jewishweddings.livejournal.com/8633.html
Just remembered I was part of this community for questions like this! If you're neither a Cohen nor a Levi, does that mean you are automatically a Yisrael? I've read that it does, but I thought I'd ask anyway. We're trying to figure it out for the Ketubah, and my fiance's father is unsure. Posted on Dec. 31st, 2009 at 06:09 pm. Yep, it does. You need to have a rabbi who specializes in ketubot to go over everything and make sure it's correct. It's not really one of those DIY types of things.
