It's been so long! Life has been crazy, and so has work. We're in full fledged wedding season at the shop, with 7 or 8 wedding cakes every weekend, in addition to our usual 20 or so cakes. So much for summer being relaxing hey? This cake is from this last weekend, and it turned out pretty darn good. A little much for my personal taste, but beautiful nonetheless. Enjoy! The bottom tier is completely covered in handmade sugar flowers. Yep, those are all edible! I can't believe you're 13 already Justin!
