Welcome to Sound Advice 2016. Bylaws and Games Rules. 1 Tuition Only $450. Students choosing this option will provide their own meals during the day. 2 Tuition and Lunch $525. Covers tuition, and lunch Monday to Thursday. 3 Tuition, Accommodation and Meals [triple] $850. This package includes tuition and special events, a shared room, and three meals each day. A good friend called to tell me that Darleen [Miharija] Milloy had died. And the Silver Medal at the Northern Meeting. Great prizes for any piper, and Darleen was over the moon with them, as was her instructor, Jim McMillan. "She has a touch for the piobaireachd" he used to say, with obvious pride. This past weekend the CRPB kicked off it's 20th year of activity by hosting the 20th Annual Mid-Winter Ceilidh. Which is now part of the Mid-Winter Celtic Festival.
