Monday, September 17, 2012. Last trip to Bear Lake! What a great weekend we had at Bear Lake. We could not have asked for much better weather. We were able to go out on the sail boat and do a little sailing and fishing. My grandpa Nak was able to come up with us and we had a great time on the lake. Owen was pretty sure he was the co captain and even got to help steer the boat. Football also started and we have all been pretty happy campers around here. Owen loves to cheer for his dads team.

Tuesday, September 28, 2010. 4 TBS unsweetened cocoa. 2 tsp vinegar add to 1/2 c. milk. 1 tsp baking soda. 4 TBS unsweetened cocoa. 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar. 1/2 c nuts (optional). Have the frosting ready to put on just as the cake is done. Bring the margarine, milk, and cocoa to a boil and add the to the powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Add nuts if desired. Pour frosting on hot cake and spread all over. Let cool. Wowcraving it as I am typing the recipe out. This is a family favorite! 1/2 pint sour cream.
