Melt sea salt and olive oil butter in hot pan. Add veg. Add kosher salt. Saute till desired tenderness. Add more kosher salt and seseme seeds to finish. Slow cook on high 4 hours, and on low 4 hours. Knead together ingredients, pan fry, then finish in 400 degree oven for ten minutes. 1 can tomato sauce. Sunday, October 21, 2012.

Ok so im gonna attempt to remember my things in my head after June 2nd. but as of now i am drawing a complete BLANK. i really need to do this Blog thing either weekly or daily cuz i cant remember much. Most of my appts have gone well my BP has been low and my weight has been low as well i usually gain any where from 2-3 pounds a month so the dr is VERY PLEASED since i was already a lil on the heavy side.
