Sunday, March 31, 2013. We had a ham. I normally don't like ham, but the Costco Kirkland spiral sliced ham is pretty delicious. And even with the glaze, it is GF! For my signature mashed potatoes (shhh, don't tell) I do 2 packages of instant mashed potatoes, a huge container of sour cream, sharp shredded cheddar cheese and lots of real bacon bits (costco). Yummers! Use an oversized pot, because after you add all of the extras, it is a lot! We also served fresh pineapple with dinner. PDX Gluten Free Fair!

Why does EBLES need donations? As a non profit society, EBLES can not carry a debt so work must be paid from funds available. Membership fees and the Annual Poker Ride cover basic operating costs such as insurance, HCBC membership, water and hydro expenses, which amounts to about $2000 per year. This WordPress.com site is the bomb! My dog that was very hyper this morning and was barking at something in our backyard. I thought WHAT? Although, earlier she was so funny! She was on our toy slide in the backyard and wanted to get down. So, she stuck out her paw and tried to get down the stairs, but they were too steep. Then, she did the same to the actual slide!
