I usually boil 2-3 chicken breasts for about 20 min or use a rotisserie chicken and pick off as much meat as you would like in your soup). 2 quarts chicken broth. 1 medium white onion chopped. 3 carrots peeled and sliced. 3 celery stalks sliced. 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning. 1 bag of egg noodles or kluski egg noodles.
