Please take your time to read and understand all information. It’s important! All Med Students Apply! In order to have internet (DSL) access you have to have a minimum 6 months contract phone line. (No exceptions).

Download our booklet here. Installation fee: $123.00. One time fee includes initial phone set. All additional and replacement phones are for the expense of the customer. The installation fee covers getting the connection to outside of the house (or building). The customer is also responsible for the burial of all pipes leading to new homes from the main road. Attention All Satel Customers with Modems/Phones! They say When it rains. it pours! But on Saba we often see intense electrical storms as well! Satel would like to remind you to make sure to unplug your modem (power supply and phone line from the jack) to avoid any damage during a lightning storm . Failure to do so will result in a damaged device. To replace your device will cost you $80. Satel has Battery Backups available as well. Satel N.V. 2015.

First time users click on “New User”. Create a Wi-Fi account by filling in the required fields ( Pin = number on prepaid card). Once successfully click “surf the internet” to start using the service. Remember to disconnect or shut down your device to log off and preserve any remaining charge on your account.
