Summer is on it's way and there is no better way to cool down, then to sit your little one on the grass, wearing next to nothing and handing him or her a yummy, COLD, homemade ice block! Simply blend together 1 cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh) with 1/2 punnet of strawberries and one cup of apple juice (fresh or store bought). Pour into moulds (I have Decor 'Lickety Sip' ice block moulds) and wait patiently for a few hours until frozen and ready to eat. 1 cup grated cheese. 1 cup SR flour, sifted.

Honestly, I tell no lies. This cookie has TWO ingredients in it. You can add more ingredients if you like.I have tried these with some coconut.some chopped walnuts.some cinnamon etc. The options are endless. But just as they are - are just perfect too! Low fat, dairy free, no added sugar and all that. 1 cup rolled oats. Pre heat oven to 170 degrees celsius. Mash or blend banana in a bowl, until smooth. Stir in the oats and mix until well combined. 2 ingredient pizza dough. For a quick and simple thin pizza base, mix one cup of plain flour and one cup of natural yoghurt in a bowl. When it begins to come together tip onto a well floured board or bench and kneed until smooth. You may need to add a fair amount of extra flour, depending on the brand of yoghurt you use.
