Summer is just about over and we’re officially “beginning school” on Monday, August 13. Normally, we only take a couple of weeks off in the summer, but given that we moved into our new house just a month and a half ago, the boys had a much lighter summer than usual….so the First Day of School is really going to be that! The good thing is the kids are good sleepers - even after waking at 4:00 AM to get into the hotel room, they were back to sleep in no time and stayed asleep until 10:00 AM, which meant I did manage to get in six hours before getting up and getting started on our day. The good - it was a beautiful drive!
