EOS-C Ver. 3.0. 2001년 쎄트렉아이가 최초로 수주한 해외 위성 사업으로 말레이시아 정부출연기업인 Astronautic Technology Sdn. Bhd.(ATSB) 사와 공동 개발 사업으로 추진되었습니다. RazakSAT은 말레이시아의 지리적 위치를 고려하여 685km 고도에서 적도궤도면(NEqO)을 비행하는 미션으로 이는 말레이시아와 인근 지역뿐만 아니라 적도상 모든 지역을 빠른 재방문 주기로 모니터 할 수 있습니다. 2005년 8월 말 비행모델(FM)을 납품하여 2009년 7월 14일 미국 SpaceX사의 Falcon 1 발사체로 발사에 성공하였습니다. 발사 후 80분 만에 말레이시아의 지상국과 첫 교신에 성공하였고 보통의 극 궤도와는 다르게 적도 궤도 위성은 매 궤도 주기마다 말레이시아의 지상국과 교신을 할 수 있어 단시간에 초기 자세 안정화를 할 수 있게 하였습니다.
