Sattviroots was created when I noticed my students often lethargic during lessons and would not be able to focus on classroom activities. I started speaking to some of the parents and a lot of them brought up their children’s eating habits. Through our conversations, I realized that poor nutrition was a major cause of this lethargy and inability to focus in school.
