Saucerater - News: August 2009
http://sauceraternews.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 12, 2009. Batch #1 - Carrot base, apple cider vinegar. Second and third batches: Separation anxiety! Batch 4 - This was the big break. A fellow told me about Xanthan Gum's amazing properties! The sauce stayed together. This was when i finalized this recipe, using the Fresnos, Habs, garlic and cilantro. Batch 5-6 - Pretty much all the same, just different labels except the yellow bottle at the end was much hotter. Experimented with consistencies. Batch 7 - Supremo. Garlic and fresnos.

Saucerater - Domestic Reviews: Sizzlin' Sauces LLC - Razing Cane Garlic Relish
http://sauceraterusa.blogspot.com/2008/12/sizzlin-sauces-llc-razing-cane-garlic.html
Monday, December 29, 2008. Sizzlin' Sauces LLC - Razing Cane Garlic Relish. I'll admit it: I can't usually get enough garlic. This jar was sent to me and received today and only contains perhaps a quarter of its original innards. I found myself shovelling it down my gullet with the insistance that usually is only shown by my three year old when he realizes a piece of chocolate might be lurking nearby. Yes friends, this stuff is quite good! Posted by The Ramen Rater. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Saturday, February 14, 2009. McDonald's Dipping Sauce Round-Up. While only a scant few have any spiciness to them, I felt it was time to review the broad selection of flavored sauces that McDonald's has to offer the consumer. I apologize to Sizzlin' Sauces for not reviewing their Papa Jack's sauce yet, but I am getting over the flu and wanted full flavor faculties for their offering. So let's begin! Tangy Honey Mustard Chicken Selects Sauce. Creamy Ranch Chicken Selects Sauce. This is kind of a weird one ...

Saucerater - News: September 2009
http://sauceraternews.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 22, 2009. New Sauce from Melinda's! I have been a big fan of Melinda's sauces for years, especially the garlic habanero hot sauce which is absolutely chuggable. This new variety (which I haven't tried yet but hope to soon) looks a lot less tame! It's got the Guiness Book of World Records' hottest habanero pepper as its main ingredient! I have a feeling its rather interesting, and its got a rather cheap order price. Good for dares! Percent Daily Value (DV) are based on 2000 calorie diet.

Saucerater - News: December 2008
http://sauceraternews.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 29, 2008. So today I had the fortune to receive a box with a couple of samples in it! Papa Jack's Buffalo Hot Sauce. And the other is called. Razing Cane Garlic Relish. Both of these were sent to me by Sizzlin' Sauces LLC. Who in the past have sent me some of the best sauces I've had the priviledge to review. One in particular comes to mind, and that's their. You can find that review in the old Saucerater section. The new reviews can be found in the domestic section. This week is.
