It was a full moon so we decided it was finally dark enough for the fireworks at 10pm. They were AMAZING and we taught the kids to scream, “Honk Honk” when they really liked them! I was soooo blessed to get a part time position teaching K-5 Spanish at Cross of Hope Elementary when we moved to New Mexico. I had a lot of freedom in developing the curriculum to keep it age appropriate and FUN! It's written by a "Latina Homeschooler". I really enjoy all the Children's Literature and culture in her blog! The Life of Emily and LéMar. Wednesday, March 16, 2011. A quick update on each of us:. LeMar is still working two jobs: Wachovia and Target. This amounts to about 55-60 hours of work per week. It is exhausting for him and for me as well. He will probably scale back to only working at Wachovia in the near future to spend more time with the family and pursue a volunteer position with a law enforcement agency in the area.
