I can't go on my ride with my friend today, so even though it was later in the morning and I had just pounded my two bowls of honey nut cheerios I decided I'd hit the roads. Monday, September 03, 2012. Saturday's long run/monday's short run. The long run: six miles. ha! Afterward, but it was neither cold enough nor deep enough. but I'm hoping it helped at least a little. The short run: 3 miles. for the first mile I felt really good this morning. I was even contemplating going farther, maybe 4 miles. but after that the tightness set in (just about the same time I started going up the hill. coincidence? Happy labor day to all!
