For example, last year May I was still frolicking in my winter coat! I have tried these babies in many different ways, sautéed them with cherrie tomatoes and basil etc. but nothing beats the original recipe. Honestly the best way to eat them is sizzled in olive oil (approx. 10 mins) and then sprinkled with sea salt! Minestrone – my way. Hey, DANKE DANKE!
