He has many years of experience making and smoking homemade sausages, salamis and other cured meat. All beginning and advanced classes begin at 10AM. We typically finish before 4PM. Vegan classes start at 6PM and run less than two hours. Beginning Classes: Nov 19, 2016, Jan 7, 2017. Advanced Classes: Nov 20, 2016, Jan 8, 2017. Food safety and equipment.
