TURKEY POT PIE with Farmer's Sausages. 1 tsp olive oil 1 Farmers Sausage casing removed 1 med onion chopped 1 celery stalk chopped 6 tbsp. butter or margarine 1/3 cup flour 1 cup 2% milk 1 cup turkey or chicken broth 1 dash each: poultry seasoning, ground rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper 2 cups left over cooked veggies or 2 cups frozen mixed veggies thawed. 2 cups left over cooked turkey cubed 2 cups mashed potatoes. Cranberry sauce (optional). 1 drizzle olive oil in heated non stick skillet.
