Fleur de Sel Chocolate Cake. One of my favourite things to do here at work is brainstorm menus, and we do this a lot. The chef and I are always discussing ideas and dishes, and we tend to change the menu a few times a day. The desserts are of course always exciting to plan. One day last week we came to a stop: we didn't know what to make!
