I totally saw the events of the ending coming, but I just felt like it still was a bit forced or something. I did really like the development of Delaney and her father’s relationship. Friday, February 26, 2016. This time I am reviewing Backstage. By: Jacqueline E Smith! This is the second book in the series, so there are bound to be spoilers from the first book. Duh.). I cannot fully express how much I love this book. I’ve been desperately (and somewhat patiently) waiting for Jackie to write this book and release it. This one is just as good (if not better) than the first book and well worth the wait. Now, onto the real stars of this novel: Sam and Mel. I love both of them so much!

Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Emotional Turmoil of a Good Book. Quite awhile ago, I saw a meme (probably this one below) and I really liked it. With reading, so many times I feel this way after reading a book. I get so wrapped up in the story. I feel what the characters feel. I mourn or celebrate with them. I go on adventure or get scared with them. I’ve experienced their bravery and their panic. They become friends that I would love to spend more time with. All of those things are the signs of a great book.
