Saved By The Torso. Another Thanksgiving Miracle →. November 23, 2008. This is a little late, but it’s been a busy week. We woke up Monday morning to some fermenting…. Of fermenting. So much so that the beer was bubbling up into the airlock, which is usually filled with sterile water or vodka. I prefer the vodka myself. Oh yeah, apparently this Oatmeal Stout is a double-racker.
