Save Our Song Birds. Save Our Song Birds. Once again we are in Costa Rica for the winter monitoring birds in the mangroves. We arrived Nov. 11th in San Jose, stayed at the Hotel La Amistad for one night then went directly to Monteverde for a MoSi workshop three days. Below is a photo of Maureen extracting a Motmot. Since then we have been incredibly busy working in the mangroves. The weather has been great, a little more rain than usual but hot every day. We hope you had a great Christmas!
