Me, with my phone in my hand, typing with my thumbs. I’ve been doing that for over two years so it’s hard to switch over to typing at my desk. Doesn’t seem to flow as good. March 5, 2017. Spring is upon us. And many are setting goals and looking ahead to summer. It’s good to have goals. I’ve recently set new ones for myself, as I’m fast approaching the last year of my 40’s. I’m healthier now than I was 10 years ago. So you may have followed me for a while. You know what I do and about how long I’ve been doing it. I may have even coached you. If I coached you anytime between November 2015 and July 2016, I’m a bit different.
